Checking in from our Facebook group, listener Kyle Ó Riaín asked about the different ranks in Fire, Police, EMS, and Military.

Oof…where do we start…

This week, the guys try to compare and contrast their current Departments, old Departments, Departments that they live near…well, it gets messy, but here’s a good primer on what rank equals what between our three disciplines!

• Is a Police Lieutenant the same as a Fire Lieutenant?
• Is an EMS Captain the same as an Army Captain?
• Why do some Departments have Corporals and why do some not?
• Why do Firefighters always cook chili?
