ASK WYE is back with a great question out of New Jersey.  “Art” we’re calling him (Remember if you don’t want to leave your name we’ll make one up) is 33 and works in contract law enforcement securing Government facilities.  He hasn’t got the “LEO academy” training all the local agencies are looking for, but wants to be a cop.  What advice can WYE offer?
